Do I have to pay VAT?
All our product prices include taxes.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Buyers may be required to pay customs duties and a customs clearance fee known as import duty. If the buyer refuses to pay these, they should be aware that Signature TCW assumes no responsibility in this regard. If such an order is returned, Signature TCW will not reimburse the buyer for any expenses incurred. For further information, the buyer should contact their local customs office.

Can you cancel the order?
Yes, we can cancel the order upon request, provided it hasn't been paid for. Please send a request via email or online chat. In the message, please include the order number.
What is the order processing time?
The order is typically processed within a few business days, depending on the brand ordered and the number of items.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are available for certain products and under certain conditions (time limit and without damage).

What is the shipping cost?
The cost is 9.99 CHF for deliveries between 150 CHF.
Delivery is free for orders over CHF 150.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is usually 14-21 days.
Which countries do you deliver to?
For the moment, the sale is exclusive to Switzerland.
With the exception of Eleutheria digital products which can be paid for and downloaded internationally.
