• Returns are available for most products with some exceptions.

To be accepted, returns must be within the 20-day period and the returned item must show no signs of use or damage and must be packaged as closely as possible to the way it was delivered.

Products that are dirty or have a noticeable odor of wear and tear will not be accepted.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If a return has been accepted, the refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
