Returns and claims

• Returns are available for most products with a few exceptions.

To be accepted, returns must be made within 20 days and the returned item must show no signs of use or damage and must be packaged as close as possible to how it was delivered.

Products that are dirty or have a noticeable odor of wear are not accepted.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If a return has been accepted, the refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
